30-Day Return Policy

We offer a generous 30-Day Return PolicyThis allows you to request a return, replacement, or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be unused and unlaundered
  • Be in original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include all parts

All returns are subject to a $30 restocking fee.

Used Items

If the item has been used and is still within 30 days of the delivery date, please contact our customer service team at admin@thegrounding.co 

Returns Requested After 30 Days

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after that time will not be accepted, regardless of the reason, including change of mind, items no longer needed, or unwanted gifts.

How to Initiate a Return

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it. Canceling an order after 12 hours may result in a restocking fee of $30 being deducted from the refund. If your item/s are in transit we cannot cancel your order. 

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that Gift Cards and final sale items are not subject to return or refunds unless they arrive damaged.

Promotions and Giveaway Disclaimer

During promotional periods marked with a free item, each order qualifies for one complimentary item. This is subject to while stock lasts. Promotions are subject to change at any time.

  • Not subject to individual return for refund/replacement.
  • If a return is approved for items from a promotional package/ bundle, all items, including any free items, must be returned. If the free item is missing, its retail price will be deducted from the refund
  • No retroactive discounts based on the previous promotional sale prices.

Refunds:

Once we've received and checked your return, if approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method. If you're awaiting a refund, please reach out to us at admin@thegrounding.co  for further assistance.

- Shipping fees and package protection fees are non-refundable. 
- We do not price match or refund based on competitor pricing

Damages and Issues:

We highly recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, or defective, or if there's a mix-up with your order, please let us know immediately with a photo or video of the issue at this link here Submit a Request

Address and Delivery Issues: 

Once your item is shipped, we understand that address changes can be tricky. Unfortunately, we can't modify delivery addresses post-shipment. While we strive to ensure your package arrives safely, we recommend choosing a secure delivery location.

In the rare event that an item goes missing or is stolen after delivery, please understand The Grounding Co holds no obligation to replace or refund the item when couriers provide evidence of delivery. If wanting the item reshipped a restock and reshipment fee will be applied.
