It is good to wash your grounding sheets as it will not be harmed by washing. As a matter of fact, washing your sheets keeps it fresh and rids of all body sweats and nasties that may linger on your sheets from excessive usage!
Make sure to wash in a washing machine in warm water and in the case of using a tumble drier, to keep it on low gentle heat.

I have been using the grounding sheets for about 6 weeks and started feeling relief after the very first week. When I woke in the mornings, I would have to sit on the side of my bed for at least 30 minutes before finally getting up. I still sit, but only for a few minutes. I have back and knee issues. But I feel rested. Some of my back and knee issues are much better. After a couple of washings, the sheet feels softer and silkier against your skin. I have ordered a second set. This is a product everyone should use because the quality of sleep is so much better!

For four years or more I’ve struggled to stay awake during the day. I drive truck and cover a lot of kilometres daily and I had to resort to energy drinks. After watching and reading several reviews I decided to purchase Grounding Co sheets.

The week prior to my sheets arriving I started tracking my sleeping HR 81-85, BP 156/87, fat burn 42%-48% and body voltage 2,44v.
First night I didn't sleep that good because I was too excited for the results. I did feel tingling. When I awoke three things where very clear.
1) My body voltage dropped to 0.87v.
2) The small aches and pains where gone.
3) There was no arthritic heat in my knees.
I did need to travel for 9 days and I kept tracking my sleep. Every night my quality of sleep got worse and worse. Final night my HR was 114 and fat burn was only 26%.
My first night back home sleeping on my Grounded Sheets: HR 67 and fat burn 63%.

I'm so happy that I decided to purchase these grounding sheets and pillow covers. After 4 days my very sore heel/ankle that was difficult to walk on for weeks has finally subsided. Better deeper sleep, waking up more refreshed as well increased energy! My grounding order came as predicted, very quick. I have a 19 year old cat who has issues and decided to place one of my pillow cases on the couch for her. She immediately gravitated to the grounded pillow case and slept for hours on it. I can't give a cat testimonial however, the cat did seem to move a lot better after 2 days on the grounding pillow case. (The cat has joint and mobility issues)

I had been looking at grounding sheets for over a month. I came across the experiment done on grounding outside. Upon further research I came across the grounding sheets. I debated over a month because I know everyone is selling something and there's a lot of fraudulent things going on. This past weekend me and a friend were talking and the subject came up. Unknown to me he had purchased some a couple of months ago and loved them. I made my decision right then and placed my order. I'm a disabled vet with a few aches and pains to say the least. My daughter just graduated Veterinarian School in Wisconsin so we had to move her back to Texas. My order was to arrive May 16th but arrived Monday the 13th. So driving from Wisconsin for two days then practically unloading the moving truck by myself then driving from Austin to Houston right after I knew I would be in a world of hurt. Got home about 10pm TIRED. I changed my sheets as soon as I got home. Took my shower and got in the bed with no major expectations. I know I was tired but it's hard for me to sleep everyday. I can go to bed at 2am and still be up by 5am. I SLEPT LIKE A BABY. I DIDN'T WAKE UP UNTIL AFTER 10. I HAVEN'T slept that late in forever. The only reason I woke up is because I told my wife I was going to the gym with her. The best part was I was not dragging or sleepy. And to my surprise I was hardly sore from the day before after all of moving furniture and the driving. This grounding sheet has helped my pain reduce at least by half even though I used to jump out of airplanes with two slippers in my back, my left hip has been reconstructed twice And my right knee my ACL is torn halfway. Recently, I got hurt on the railroad, which has brought on bulging discs from C2 to C6 on my back of my neck. It's easy to use - just plug it into the grounding wire on a standard electrical outlet. After using it, I slept much more soundly. However, I didn't notice any significant impact on pain levels. My best buy ever!
I ordered my sheet about 10 months ago because I was trying to find something to help with my body's inflammation and pain. It took about a week for me to notice the effects on my body. Little by little I noticed the inflammation and pain got better that I didn't need to take pain medication. About 5 months after getting the sheets I found out I needed a total hip replacement and the doctor was surprised that I hadn't been using anything for pain except using my grounding sheet.
I got the hip replacement 10 days ago. The first week I had to use regular sheets but 3 days ago I asked my husband to put my sheet on our bed because of the pain and inflammation from the surgery. Vivid dreams, comfy sheets
The first few nights with the sheets gave me vivid dreams. A year+ later, they still show up (but not as often). Comfortable sheets and makes my wife happy (her idea to purchase). Would recommend.
I am so amazed at how well these sheets provide healing and restoration for life! I have struggled with neurological pain and musculoskeletal issues and pain in major joints and back for over 15 years that was only able to be barely controlled with major surgeries & everything on the market tried. Some failed-Some worked to help ease but not heal or bring lastly change, just keeps it manageable so I can do basic things in life…….ahh! But then…the grounding company came along and changed my life completely.
I researched and looked around at first as I always do. Considered all options and after months of research decided to take the leap and so so so very glad I did.
First time using I for sure felt it immediately and thought oh no this isn’t good as it was “different” from the “normal” I had become used to feeling. We’ve had our sheet for three weeks now and can honestly tell a difference. I would continuously wake at 3am and stay awake for hours. If I wake now, which is rare, I go right back to sleep. The fitted sheet is an epic waste of money. It’s the most uncomfortable sheet my partner and I have ever slept on. It’s itchy, scratchy, pilling after a month of use, pops off the mattress, and we’ve not experienced any benefits as claimed.
Amazing sheets!! I do not toss and turn when sleeping on these sheets and I don't wake up during the night at all!! I ordered two sets of sheets, white queen size, but I only got one white queen size and one regular size. Gray sheet. I would like to know how to return the regular size sheet and actually get a king size white sheet as I have a very fluffy bed cover, and The sheets are not deep enough. So I think a king size sheet would be best for me. Please send me the information that I’m a return the regular size sheet please then I will show you a picture of what it looks like on my bed.

I had a serious stroke a few years ago that affected my left side. I have been in pain and discomfort ever since. The last thing i did every night was to take a pain pill, so that I could sleep. I researched several of these products from different suppliers. I just felt like this company was the one for me. I didn't realize how much it helped with the way my body feels until I traveled and had to stay in a hotel. Oh my! I hurt the entire time I was away. I have one sheet, the mat and the throw blanket. I now use the blanket when I travel and don't have the sheet. I bought a couple for my daughter and she is extremely pleased as I have been with my sheet. I wake refreshed and sleep better than I ever have.
I have one question as these are cotton and when dried in the dryer the tend to draw up and are difficult to put back on my bed. I have a an 11" deep mattress and was wondering if you all make the deeper pocket sheets. That would be amazing.
That is the only complaint and it certainly doesn't affect the sheet.
I’ve got to say that I was skeptical about buying this product but as a man that’s had 6 knee , 6 back surgeries and one neck that my mind was completely blown away at how much they helped me. I don’t know if it’s because, I have titanium in my knees, back and neck but it literally feels like it’s pulling the inflammation from all the places it’s at in my body. I use to have to take pain meds before getting out of bed but it’s totally changed for me and I would recommend this product to anyone suffering from pain and lack of sleep.
I am now a firm believer of grounding and The Grounding Co has the best quality products! I was given another brand mat as a gift, it gets 'gunky' and doesn't compare to The Grounding Co materials, which is sleek and has a sewn border.
Now the fitted sheet has, hmm, 'absorbed'( I guess that's the word I'm looking for) so much inflammation! Overnight, my hip bursitis is gone! My old pulled hamstring pain is gone! It reduces my back & hip arthritis, kinda like it 'resets' every night. My pain Doctor listened to my testimony on it and didn't 'poo poo' the help it has given me; points for him!
I now have 2 sheet, to rotate use.
I've gotten 3 mats altogether. 1 for the computer mouse, which greatly reduces my carpal tunnel numbness. 2 for chairs I use often. The pillow case was purchased for migraines, but it didn't help, so it's a working sofa pillow now.

Well I am sold on the grounding sheets...I had the deepest sleep in years!!! I went to bed in one position and woke up in the same position.
